Atlanta, Georgia is an emerging entrepreneurial hub, that’s no stranger to business – both big and small. The Metro Atlanta area is known as the world headquarters for multinational companies including  The Coca-Cola Company, Turner Broadcasting, The Home Depot, AT&T Mobility, UPS, and Delta Air Lines.

And while the city is also known for arts, entertainment and film/TV production, Atlanta also ranks as the number 2 city in the nation for entrepreneurial activity, according to the The Kauffman Foundation.

So it comes as no surprise that Atlanta continues to act as a hotbed for producing entrepreneurial talent. Here are 10 of the most promising Atlanta-based companies and their founders to watch.
