Commercial and corporate organizations started approaching us about shooting photography for their magazines, websites, branding and much much more! Our work has been featured in Grazia, Vanity Fair, and Knitscene.
Today, we have a very successful commercial sector, a stunning studio in downtown, and an amazing bank account!
Best Success Story:
We’ve been in business for six years (and stayed in business through the recession). We were able to accomplish this by staying true to ourselves and our style. At times, looking back it seemed as though it may have been easier to deviate to appease others.
However, we decided we would not jeopardize our integrity and style just to add another job under our belt. That has always been our mission. Yes. It was difficult at times, especially if it meant turning down work, but it is very important to us to stay aligned with our values.
Biggest Startup Challenge:
The biggest startup challenge was finding clients willing to work with us. We didn’t have a marketing budget or a physical studio space in the beginning. Referrals, hard work, and dedication are the main factors that have led to our success today.
#1 Tip for Entrepreneurs:
Stay true to yourself and your vision. People will appreciate you and your product much more for it. In a world full of amateur photographers, we had to rise above and display our talents. We are proud of what we have accomplished and it shows through our images.
