Last year, Joshua Garay set out to make his personal dream a reality for others. In 2011, Garay launched TalentSplash, a talent network that caters to performers and entertainers, with the sole purpose of helping talented people launch and build their careers.

“I wanted to pursue a more meaningful life,” said Josh. “As a lifelong fan of talent and entertainment, I wanted to help people live their own dreams and get their voices out.”

Today, Garay’s online talent platform hosts a variety of talented artists – from filmmakers to musicians. He aims to provide the growing community with opportunities for performers to promote their art to new audiences, business to scout and hire new acts and for fans to explore up-and-coming talent.

How I Got Started:

I was born and raised in the New York City area. I started TalentSplash because I wanted to do something more meaningful with my career, help others and build upon my own childhood dreams of becoming a star on the big screen. I abandoned my career in real estate to launch TalentSplash.
